Whether you’re dealing with complex long standing health issues or simply not getting anywhere with a more straight forward one, we offer personalised solutions to get your health back on track.

Are you experiencing any of these problems?

  • You’re struggling with symptoms and cannot get an appointment with your GP and even if you can, it’s weeks in the distance.
  • You’re struggling to find answers and a proper diagnosis despite seeing multiple doctors.
  • You’re feeling dismissed and unheard by healthcare professionals.
  • You’re tired of playing “doctor roulette,” seeing different practitioners each time with no continuity of care.
  • You’re dealing with complex health issues which need more time than standard appointments allow.
  • You’re unsure which specialist or practitioner to turn to for help.
  • You’re not happy with the diagnosis that you have been given and would like a second opinion.
  • You’re fed up with endless phone consults when all you want is a face-to-face appointment.
  • You always feel like you’re waiting endlessly for specialist appointments, tests, and results.
  • You’re struggling to make sense of important test results and need someone to break them down into plain English.

“It’s becoming increasingly clear that patients are more frustrated with the level of care they’re receiving and don’t know where to go for guidance.”
Dr Singh.

In 2014, I left my position in the NHS and embarked on a new adventure in Australia as a GP.

Seven years later, I returned to the UK and dove back into the healthcare world, this time in the private sector.

What struck me upon my return was the overwhelming number of patients struggling with various aspects of their care—accessibility, continuity, empathy, and quality were all lacking.

Each day, I listened to stories of medical woes and frustrations, leaving many feeling lost and uncertain.

While I hold immense respect for the dedicated healthcare professionals within the NHS, the strain on the system is undeniable.

Despite the efforts of compassionate doctors, patients with complex needs often find themselves without clear pathways to resolution.

Reflecting on this predicament, I pondered the multitude of factors contributing to the decline in GP service provision—limited time, inadequate funding, and a scarcity of resources and expertise to tackle complex health issues.

As the UK population increases, the urgency to address these challenges becomes ever more pressing.

In this time of transition and transformation of healthcare services, I am passionate about helping people navigate the full breadth of the healthcare system (including both mainstream and complementary care) so that they can have a full range of treatment options and make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about creating bespoke solutions for those with chronic complex health issues so that they can get back control of their health and have a better quality of life.

“I’m passionate about helping people overcome barriers to good health.”

What is a Functional Medicine approach?

Functional medicine aims to address the root cause of illness rather than just treating symptoms, with a focus on restoring balance and optimising function to prevent and treat disease.

It looks at the body as a whole system, considering factors like genetics, environment, and lifestyle choices that can influence health.

Instead of relying solely on medication, functional medicine uses a combination of diet, exercise, supplements, and stress management techniques to promote overall wellness and address underlying imbalances in the body.

“Join me on this journey of transformation, where together, we navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and pave the way for a brighter, healthier future.”
